After a few sessions with Petr, I noticed an impressive difference in my paralyzing fears, which are no longer there. Additionally, we were able to work on my posture and the injuries related to the intensity of my sports training
(6x a week).

Petr is a true master, with a rare precision and kindness. He has helped me immensely to correct my posture, but more importantly, to release a nervous system that was far too tense and had been blocking me for a long time. On an emotional level, he was able to pinpoint what was preventing me from moving forward and helped me to release a lot of things. Thanks to his comprehensive and human approach, I was able to overcome significant milestones. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for genuine deep work, both physical and emotional.

Petr, a true expert in posture and back problems. His sessions have been very beneficial. Thanks to his insightful advice, I was able to work independently to improve my posture and also my breathing. A beneficial approach at all levels. I highly recommend this passionate and highly skilled professional.

Body-psychotherapy is an integrative approach that connects the body, emotions, and the nervous system.
She operates on the principle that our automatic reactions — such as fight, flight, or freeze — can remain active long after trauma, emotional shock, or prolonged stress. These unconscious responses can keep the body in a state of tension, chronic stress, or anxiety, even when there is no obvious cause.
By working on the body, the nervous system, and emotions, this approach helps to regulate and integrate these automatic responses, release accumulated anxiety and tension, and restore a sense of inner safety.
Complementary to medical, psychological, or psychiatric follow-up, body-psychotherapy promotes both physical and emotional healing, and allows for a more stable and lasting balance.
Body-psychotherapy is primarily distinguished by its integrative approach that unites the body, emotions, and nervous system. While traditional therapies often focus on verbal communication and the cognitive analysis of emotions and thoughts, body-psychptherapy considers that the body also carries emotional memories and physical tensions related to stress or trauma.
She uses specific bodywork to help release these blockages and restore balance to the nervous system. This work often allows for quicker access to better management of stress, anxiety, and difficult-to-verbalize emotions.
This approach promotes reconnection to the sensory and emotional experience here and now, strengthening the sense of inner security and the ability to self-regulate. It is a holistic approach that effectively complements traditional verbal or medical therapies, taking into account the person as a whole, body and psyche.
Primitive reflexes are innate and automatic movements present from intrauterine life.
They actively participate in the development of the brain, posture, and sense of inner security.
When they are not fully integrated, these reflexes can remain partially active in adulthood. This can manifest as postural imbalances, hypersensitivity to stress, or emotional reactions that are difficult to control.
By reintegrating these reflexes, we help the nervous system regain a stable foundation, improve posture, and regulate itself more effectively in the face of stress, fear, or anxiety. This integration promotes better bodily grounding and greater inner serenity.
My approach is holistic and combines several complementary tools:
The proposed techniques are grounded in complementary scientific and bodily principles, designed to support better nervous-system regulation and a holistic body-psychological balance:
- Posturology (C.I.E.S.): analysis of body sensors (eye, foot, jaw) and their influence on posture and the nervous system.
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): a gentle method that combines the stimulation of specific points with conscious emotional work to soothe stress and release emotional tension.
- Integration of primitive reflexes: an approach inspired by the work of Dr. Harald Blomberg and Dr. Svetlana Masgutova, promoting the maturation and stability of the nervous system.
- Polyvagal Theory (Dr. Stephen W. Porges): shedding light on the connections between breathing, safety, and the regulation of the autonomic nervous system.
- Maïeusthésie: a deep listening technique that facilitates the recognition, acceptance, and transformation of emotional experiences through a compassionate dialogue with oneself.
These approaches converge to restore physiological homeostasis — a natural balance where the body and mind once again cooperate harmoniously.
Each appointment is a space for attentive listening and compassionate observation.
During our first meeting, a comprehensive assessment allows us to understand how your nervous system reacts to stress.
I assess the primitive reflexes as well as the posture to identify areas of tension and imbalance.
Then, we use the EFT method to safely integrate your emotional experiences, accompanied by body regulation exercises, in order to soothe survival responses and restore a lasting sense of inner safety.
